CISPA Chinese New Year Fair
The Dragon holds the 5th place in the Chinese Zodiac and is said to be the mightiest and most powerful of all the zodiac animals. The Lower School students will celebrate the Year of Dragon at the CISPA Chinese New Year Fair on Tuesday 17 January 2012. One of the most festive and important holiday in Hong Kong, the New Year fair has always been a highlight for the CDNIS community. With students, teachers and parents all celebrating Chinese traditions, the Fair is a colorful and vibrant CISPA day. At the Fair, students will celebrate the Year of Dragon with lucky plants and flowers, feast on traditional food and candies, and share laughs through fun and games. The Fair will be on the 11/F playground, with each Lower School grade visiting the Fair. Only CISPA tokens can be used at the Chinese New Year Fair. Tokens are in increments of $50. $50 represents 10 tokens. Games cost 1-2 tokens, while crafts, photo, and calligraphy can cost 2-10 tokens each, and snacks can cost 2-5 tokens each.
